Jessie Wagner and Envy is a five-piece band that successfully combines the elements of rock, pop, and soul to create a unique and exciting sound. Jessie, formerly of chic and current vocalist for Kid rock, Jessie was looking for people to help her develop her musical vision of combining her soulful voice with rock, when she met Kieran Sullivan. Kieran brought to the table laid back, reggae rock and added bit of sly fun to the music. Together they found other musicians with varied backgrounds to collaborate with and help mold envy’s distinctive flavor. Dave Diamond on drums, contributed a jam band quality. Steve Bonacio, delivered a classic, writhing bass feel that reflected the rock gods of the 70’s. Completing the set, James ivory Lewis brought the searing heat of the blues. All of these elements mix together to form the perfect hybridization of music, as well as assembling a formidable rock band.

Dave is the beat master that keeps it all together. Dave Diamonds career in music spans more than twenty years.
A prolific singer/songwriter and session musician, Dave has recorded and performed as a solo artist and with his own band, Pozzy Ghuru, as well as with an array of other talented and acclaimed musicians.

Kieran Sullivan, Guitar
Kieran is a guitarist and songwriter who contributes melodic ideas and heavy riffs. Trading licks and leads with James the two guitarists give Envy its unique dynamic sound and harmony. With a knowledgeable music base, Kieran always thinks with impartiality toward a song’s expression, and assured in creative kinship. He carefully blends reggae, rock, and soul, but does it with such finesse, that the combined genres are elevated to a transcendent plane of musical bliss.
Bringing a Jersey Boy swagger to the package, Kieran’s mischievous playing style is fun to watch as well as listen to.

Steven Bonacio, Bass
Stevie B is funky to the bone with a rock edge. He expertly rides the rhythm as his dark and dangerous sound sways the crowd and has them connect with their tribal and animalistic inner selves.

James Lewis, Guitar
James plays his guitar with carefree efficiency. He is a blend of Hendrix and Vaughn, but creates musical improvisations that are edgy and unique. Known as a respected blues and soul session player, he has worked with many established artists; such as Jody Watley and Lyfe Jennings.
